It's forty years since Nigel first stepped into a kitchen to work. He's owned and managed a number of hospitality based businesses including ‘The Venue’.  A popular and successful, multi events venue. Rocky's has been a part of his life for the last nineteen years. This summer sees him return as resident Head Chef for the 2022 season

He's brought with him a  young and enthusiastic restaurant and bar team. A team that, in part has travelled together from a winter season at the Hotel Staffler, close to the Kitzbuhler Alps in Austria where he was responsible for all aspects of the catering and also as Head Chef. The Rockys team is also a real family affair with both his son and daughter working with him through the summer.
